• Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.

2.4 Ship the Item:

• Ship the item to the address provided with the RA number. Please include the RA number on the package. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

3. Refund or Exchange

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within five business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

3.2 Exchange:

• If you requested an exchange, we will process the replacement shipment within five business days of receiving the returned item.
